I just bought it but my cappuccinos are much smaller... and the milk doesn't froth that well.. how do i fix this? what milk is the best to use?

Hi they usually recommend cold and whole fat milk to froth better, if possible barista latte art milk and for the size I think in the video it’s a bit exaggerated but still choose the cup size at maximum it should froth more milk that way. If it’s still problematic sorry 😕 Maybe get in contact with the service it could be a manufacturing problem

Does this machine fit a travel mug under the nozzle?

Just got mine today. Depends how tall and wide it is. You can always slide the top of the glass under the spout first and then slide the bottom in. Or you can just remove the bottom tray and put the part that catches the grains back into its place and you get another couple inches of space.

Hi, thanks for your comment. The 2300 Series LatteGo is designed to accommodate a variety of cup sizes, but fitting a travel mug under the nozzle can depend on the specific dimensions of the mug. Generally, the maximum height for cups is around 150 mm (5.9 inches). If your travel mug is taller than this, it might not fit directly under the nozzle. You can always brew the coffee into a smaller cup and then transfer it to your travel mug. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out!

Thanks for the video. I just bought a 2300 LatteGo and would like to know if I don't change the settings. Is it like what we saw in the video by default? I mean do I have to personalize the machine (grinder degree, water temp,... etc.) or does it work ideally by the manufacturer's default?

@ thanks for your prompt response 🙏🏻, last but not least, does it make any difference what coffee beans I’m using? For example my coffee beans are dark roast and a bit oily, is it ok for this machine?

Hello Bengisu, the 2300 LatteGo is capable of making Espresso, Coffee, and Cappuccino, but unfortunately, it does not have the option to make flat whites. You might consider adding an extra shot of espresso to your cappuccino; however, this would not be an authentic flat white. Our machines do not offer this feature.

@@neslihancan9750 23 serisi olan 2024 yılında çıkmış versiyonu. Lattego süt haznesi eklenmiş yani 30 serisinin özelliğine kavuşmuş ve 2024 modeller %40 daha sessiz çalışıyor. Yani bu modeli alman daha sağlıklı olacaktır.

why is it called latteog when icant put a latte machiato

Hi there, thanks for your question! Latte simply means milk in Italian. The 2300 LatteGo makes coffee, espresso and cappuccino, but indeed doesn't make latte macchiato. If you're looking for an espresso machine that also makes latte macchiato, we'd recommend checking out the 3200, 3300, 4300, 4400, 5400 or 5500 LatteGo.
