What to do if we didn't get base at the terminal after completion of intialising anaconda

You have to initialise Anaconda for bash during the setup, this update the .bashrc file. The .bashrc file is checked for available commands every time a new terminal is opened so any open terminals need to be closed and refreshed. If you have skipped by this open up a Terminal and input ~/anaconda3/bin/conda init bash Then close down the terminal and open up a new terminal.
