When someone greets or introduces me as Jennifer, if they don't ask what name I prefer to be called, I always tell them call me Jenn. I follow that by saying it's shorter and what my friends and family call me. My niece and nephew have always known me as Aunt Jenn. About 4 years ago when my nephew was 4, someone called me Jennifer at a family get together. He looked around and said, ”Who is Jennifer?” When everyone pointed to me and said, ”Aunt Jenn” he said he didn't know that. He said one of his teachers was named Jennifer and asked if I could come be a teacher at his school since I had the same name?

In the "Pippa Sings Copeland" ham4ham video, Lin calls Pippa and Alex Lacamoire (the guy who helped Lin create Hamilton) "cinnamon rolls" because of how talented they are and adds that it's a term that "the kids use (these days)." With Lin's "acknowledgment" of the phrase, Hamilton fans have started using the term to describe any cast member, really, but (to my knowledge) more specifically Pippa and/or Lin. :)
