Thank you so much for this video! Prior to trying this procedure, nothing was coming out of the frother spout. I also did not know about the bean button to prevent beans from being ground. While I have no idea what caused the frother to not work for a day, this procedure helped isolate the problem was the steamer or a clogged tube in the milk attachment spout assembly. Winning!

Thanks for the video. I have the 4300 LatteToGo, and for me, for some reason I am never satisfied with the way it froths milk, and I tried whole milk. It froths, but it is not as firm as using a steamed wand. I almost feel like I should have went with the one with the steam wand, and save $200.00

my steam works fine, but it doesnt froth, it just heats and and. bubbles. Not sure what is happening. I just bought this machine. It worked fine at first, but now this is happening

dear brother i have philips 2200 series i bought a year ago, i adjust the temperature to highest level, when i measured it it appears only 80 degrees, i'm worried is this normal, because I heard should be between 90 - 96 degrees, please looking forward for your help, thanks in advance 🌹

We have had this machine for over a year, and love it. Weird request! Recently I have noticed an electrical buzz noise coming from ours, not sure if that’s new or if we should be concerned. Could you put your ear to the top part of the machine where the ventilation grate is on the side that the water tank is and tell me if you hear like a high pitch humming electrical noise? I know it’s weird, but want to get it fixed if it’s a problem.

I just tried that and I don't hear anything. Having said that, I used to work around loud jet engines and I might not be the most reliable source of information. 😁

I bought this machine for my parents they love it but they hate the steam wand. It does blow out steam but it doesnt make the milk froth it only makes the milk hot and bubbly. Do you know how to make the milk foamy?

I don't have the steam wand, so I can't really help with that. I use the Latte Go cup and it works great for me.
