For the radishes, you can make a salad. Shred the radishes and the dressing is: 1 Tbs oil, 3 Tbs vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and a little water. Not too much water because I think radishes release liquid...maybe just a quick swish under the faucet. This is a simple dressing I grew up with and it's so flexible. Use for green salad, tomato salad, cucumber salad, etc.❤

I like to watch your meal prepping and to see when some of your children help you. But right now I am more curious about how things are progressing at the farm. In your previous video you mentioned that a neighbor gave you a bunk bed set. I think it would be cool to see another tour of your farm house with ALL the beds in it now to see who sleeps where and how each room is set up to fit all 11 children. Could you do that in an upcoming video? I am wondering about this because I come from a family of 11 children also and only imagine what it would have been like if we would have had a big farmhouse like that.

the leaves of radishes when clean are usable as dried seasoning flavors, or spicy fresh green pieces in salads. those though look in need of just cleaning tops and roots off, and drop them in ice water, then if you like to eat them fresh bag a few, and they are excellent as little "turnips" in stew and soup.

With all those vegetables you could sauté meat with them. Then make this yummy sauce my kids love it. One can will feed about three with the meat and vegetables over rice. But sauce you use one can tomato soup, three tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of white vinegar, one teaspoon of garlic and 1/8 teaspoon of ginger. Mix in into vegetables and meat until bubby then serve over any kind of rice you like. My kids love the white rice. Great meal. My kids ask for it couple times a week and left overs make great lunches next day. I usually use about three cans for eight people and have little left over. About pound of meat for four people. But if you cut in small pieces like I do it won’t take as much. Any meat you can cube is great with the sauce and vegetables.
