We’ve run into many SF transplants who are thriving and happy here in Philadelphia-it’s a fantastic place to call home with its rich history, vibrant neighborhoods, and strong sense of community!

I lived in both cities. I grew up in West Oak Lane in Philadelphia and I used to live in the Marina district in SF. I work in Center City Philadelphia and I used to work in the Financial district in SF. I’ve seen the distressed Tenderloin district in SF and I’ve seen Kensington in Philadelphia. I rode on SEPTA and I rode on Muni/BART. SF is a glamorous woman to me but Philadelphia is the neighborhood woman who knows me best.😀
