i’m an hour north of richmond and that’s a healthy distance for me hahaha. the short pump/glen allen area is very nice. there are some fun spots downtown and lots of great food but… BE CAREFUL!

I grew up in Virginia Beach and we took the Bay bridge tunnel often and in the 30+ years I lived there no flooding ever happened in the tunnel ..still scares me to death to drive through it

Richmond facts: - Richmond is very gay, if you're ever in the VCU area, you won't see any straight people FACT - their pride is in september cause sure why not - so many restaurants and breweries like so many - lots of local shops and fun things - broadway tours always pass through richmond - lots of fun concerts - on the James River and it's fun to walk on the hiking paths next to the river and then go swimming - lots of festivals: River Rock, Folk Festival, Watermelon Festival, etc. - lots of super fun museums (VMFA, science museum, history museums)
