I went in late July-Mid August....I think I see my guys at least once in there, beautiful place out there. Rained on us the same time every day for almost the whole trip, still the best experience of my life as-of-yet.

@MtHrtAttack Thanks for watching dude! Ponil was awesome. It was rough going up Wilson Mesa, but cleared out into a beautiful day within about 30 mins. Edward Abbey is awesome, I'm thinking about getting Desert Solitaire...

Hey what's up, I think I remember you guys, I worked at the Ponil Trading Post this past summer (and I went to school in upstate NY). I'm sure that was fun getting caught in a rainstorm going over Wilson Mesa (I almost got caught in one as well-and that hill going up the Mesa from Bent camp is a bitch!) as well as the hailstorm on top of Baldy. Great video though, and kudos on the Edward Abbey quote!
