As I'm approaching my 30s idk about delicacy and stuff but a healthy dose of"golden mean" and stoicism do apply to my current life.

Inclined Sleep Therapy, bed is just angled a little and makes sleep more efficient... Ancient Egyptian burials found their actual bed slanted slightly

being apathetic seems like a no brainer to me. unless of course it is indicative of an underlying condition such as depression. ig i always view questions like these as either preferring to maximize "happiness" or minimize "pain" at the expense of the other.
