Open a “not as described case on eBay” he has to reply within a set time..that is the only way to get them to negotiate on price, if it is not right. I have had good success negotiating like this.

I don’t think I’d tell the next person, plenty of cars on the road may have had similar damage in the past and fully repaired as the insurer deemed it worth while, only reason why it becomes recorded is because the assessor on the day said it’s going to cost too much and will get a category against it. Seems odd how a brand new car could be smashed up on the way out of the factory and repaired and nobody would ever know but someone from an insurance company can give a car a black mark against it for life 😔

Quite a bit of work need on this Q3 but your efforts have been rewarded and its turned out a nice car. It cost a quite a bit to buy and repair but Audi's are rarely cheap, and even if it is regarded as a repaired car I think there would be several k profit in it for you - hope it proves more reliable transport for your wife than the Mini!

Bloody frustrating when you get sent the wrong parts...I've even had new parts that were wrong from reputable companies and been given the excuse that the bloke pulled the wrong item off the shelf...seems that no one actually checks before sending it...great video by the way...👍👍

Great job pal, as per usual.. not sure if been mentioned, but check if the Haldex fluid has been changed, also the plastic filter/strainer is cleaned. Simple job for a lad like you, plus it'd make a good vid along with DSG fluid change.. well worth if your keeping it for a while

Hi Phil, just watched the new video and really enjoyed at usual. This is my first ever comment for you so I will be honest as possible... The content considering you are alone is excellent 👍👍the video quality is great however on a Samsung phone it isn't as good as could be. I'm a huge fan of Goonzquad and I recommend you watch a few of there videos, there shot using a iPhone and are of crystal clear quality! Also I love that you have a wireless Mic as that's a let down for alot of you tubers. If I was to give any criticism I would say less time lapse and more content makes more videos. I know it's hard to shoot these videos yourself but what you would think is boring content, your viewers should like to see...... This comes from a guy that's also subscribed to garden make overs lol.... Great content, and keep up the good work

Nice result. Shame about the front end parts but you win some you lose some. Sure your wife will enjoy driving it though more importantly. Ps - the phone quality is very good. My wife has an s10e and I used to have an s10 plus. Great phones. Currently on a s21 ultra, and will probably upgrade as and when because I just do. Be interested to know what you replace the gopro with and if whatever you find is any good on both ends of spectrum e.g. action, quality and battery life

You should of paid on credit card then done a section 75 get your money back and work out how much the parts were worth and pay them minus the damage and missing parts.
