You know what I just realized…. The episode where Phineas and Ferb turn into children, the photos of them unter the tree should have been enough proof. Ferb got later into the family when they where a bit older (like 3-5ish) and so there should exist any baby photos of them together.

Was it ever established how old the boys were when their parents got married? All I remember is that one shot from the “Little Brothers” song in “Phineas and Ferb Get Busted,” and that whole episode was revealed to be Perry’s dream. Perry didn’t join the family until years later, so he might not have known when they got married, or at least visualized it differently in his dream.
