The fact that Isabella's mere presence overloaded and fried the cute tracker once Phineas restored it to default settings was pretty wholesome lol, it means the whole time Phineas thought she was cute and adjusted the settings to compensate. Her frying the tracker also implies that Isabella may or may not canonically be the scientifically cutest thing in the universe (which may or may not be a relevant plot point later on...).
