What a night, oh what a night! Last time I felt or saw a phish show remotely like this, was probably IT, but even that is hard to relate it too, because it was a completely different style period for the band. Absolutely legendary night, and I still can’t believe what I witnessed. I ended up having tix for the 29th and 31st. Bailed on the 29th cause it was too much after work, driving up for the show then 2hours home. Anyway I went into last night having purposely not looked at a set list the entire run. I asked everyone I was with not to say a word about what had or hadn’t been played. My only hope was to hear Reba and Divided since I hardly ever do these days. Then my buddy says he has never seen Forbins which I was surprised since we’ve been to many of the same shows and his first was 12/15/95. Anyway I then mention lizards cause it had been a long time for me and he says one thing about all previous nights “they haven’t played a single Gamehendge song yet” I nolonger look at stuff online, so I hadn’t know about any chatter but the moment they busted into TMWSIY I immediately welled up with tears for the first time at a show. From that moment on, I was left speechless about what we were witnessing and how well they nailed every damn song.

There are not words to fully express just how good this is. Thank you so much for filming this. Was there... tears of pure joy then, and a week later I can't take my watery eyes away nor stop boggieing.

Who else was at the everglades 2000 party? Best time of my life

I was told I would he kicked out of my house if I went to 2000. Went to so many shows saying I was in downtown Chicago for the weekend, and was in Ohio, Virginia, wherever seeing shows, my folks found out and that was the last straw for them. Probably should have risked it, but was only a jr in highschool, oh life choices...

@@jonathana8411 that's sad to hear man. I was 23 and it was thebest tim of my life. In fact that's when I became sixfooben. I had gotten out of my friends car in the traffic jam to piss and the traffic moved so I was walking. 3 sisters picked me up In a tiny car and told me to get in back. I said this car is not made for a six foot Ben and that's what they called me. We parked and I helped them set up their tents and we hunted down my crew. But ever since then my handle has been sixfoot. If I go to a show today people will call me sixfoot , even my closest friends call me sixfoot to this day. I'm so sorry you didn't rebel and went anyway. But I also understand why you didn't. It actually wasn't the music but the people thar made it great. We were so excited. I lived in Naples and the show was 20 minutes away as the crow flies. But it took us 13 hours to get there. But even the traffic jam was fun except for my friend and many others in vw busses who had to keep a foot on the clutch for 13+ hours. My poor friend had a toilet in his bus and when girls found out they begged to use it. When he arrived it took 3 dudes to carry that bucket of 100 girs piss to a Porta pot to dump it😅 slosh slish slosh.

Great stuff! Do you mind if I use a little of your video of Split Open and Melt for a 4.0 SOAM jam compilation? Not monetized, will credit you.

What kind of mobile phone/camera you use?
@teleterrapin6 ай бұрын
These were all shot using a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Mostly with the 5x telephoto lens but it doesn't always switch over which is why you'll sometimes see the shot zoom in to force the camera to switch lenses.

@@teleterrapin thanks for the info. Looks better than when I use my 5x lens on my iPhone 15 pro max.

I love how the nye countdown was barely anything. Qwik auld and confetti. No ballon’s so much better bc we hate popping balloons 3rd set. They were like time doesn’t really after all. Sure sure arbitrary time thing now let’s eat back to business and melt faces

Anyone else wonder why they didn’t do icculus? ZERO complaints from me, the show was PERFECT, just seems odd
@Lisasmith-hj7mi6 ай бұрын
Icculus was never an official part of TMWSIY.

Also icculus has never been played during a full gamehendge performance
