good band ! just discovered them, and i'm just disgusted about what i've read around the web. They get a incredible amount of hate, while their music seems to carry nothing but love and happiness

Joe Viberton - don't worry what other folks think about this band. They just can't hear it. They can't feel it. I actually feel bad for them. Get to a show ASAP. You will never be the same.

Joe Viberton i had listened to phish my whole life before knowing who they were (thanks to my dad who played it in the car). He took me to my first show last year at Mansfield and i have never been the same. I had a level of appreciation for Phish before then, but i never really understood. Once youre there... there is something alive about the music and atmosphere. I dont dance ever... i just dont. But at phish shows i literally cant not dance. the music makes you move, its like it flows through you. I think the best example ive heard is that its like an invisible wall of pure energy that moves through the crowd.... I dont know if everyone else feels like this, or has taken notice of it, but i really think there is something in the way they play and come together like they do that does something to people... At the least to me.

Yellow Joe one thing I've learned about phish and bands alike, we may love them and have nothing but smiles for the music but a lot of folks don't like it when the circus comes to town lol

This jam kinda reminds me of the Denver Ghost cause the peak is in the first half and then the funk/space is in the second half

Anthony Costello give it a chance bud. I have a friend who shared your option, then I took him to see them at the Hampton. The carini alone changed his mind. They still got it, they've just matured muscly I guess? Best way I could describe.

I love the honest and always pure intentions and the moment to moment awareness and communication Phish exemplify in their musical conquests. experimenting inside an infinite space of possibility sets the groundwork necessary for Phish's well earned and gifted moments of pure- yearned for, reminded why you came to see them type, musical orgasm, that feeling of joy and love they radiate. freestyle and instinctual sharing is a gift to be learned, practiced, enjoyed and never forgotten. Rarely do I see other bands or artists dare to attempt to enter the unrehearsed, character enhancing experience of making unafraid attempts at making connections to one another through instrumental expression of feeling. it's a way of life taken on by free thinkers and doers who thrive on the endless possibilities of positive encouraging change and the enlightenment this type of mentality fosters. its making the possibility of greatness be the motivation to do everything replacing the spiritual kryptonite that is fear. people discovering the realm of possibilities and making efforts to honestly improve all aspects of life by not giving fear power will have profoundly healthier, happier and more stable lives.

I feel I never told you The story of the ghost That I once knew and talked to Of whom I'd never boast For this was my big secret How I'd get ahead And never have to worry I'd call him instead His answer came in actions He never spoke a word Or maybe I laid down the phone Before he could be heard I somehow feel forsaken Like he had closed the door I guess I just stopped needing him As much as once before But maybe he's still with me The latch was left unhooked He's waiting in the wind and rain I simply haven't looked

5:20-6:15 is this the debut of Martian Monster?
@tydouglas30136 жыл бұрын
wheelin98tj They composed the musical costume that year from sampled jams of theirs that they personaly enjoyed. So it's very possible that this is the jam that inspired it. I was at that Halloween 14 show. I was so faced I couldn't figure out where they were playing from. I just gave up and danced my ass off.
