This is so helpful for me because I've been thinking about getting Periwinkle to use as a toner (so many yellow and orange tones.) And was trying to figure out if I should add Poseidon or Purple Rain. Love this video!

Magick Mochi just letting you know periwinkle washes out like in 2 washes I tried the same thing a couple months ago to have my hair toned it left it very uneven after 2 washes and washed completely if you want to get rid of the orange tones I suggest using wella t14 if you want to be blond it works really well but poisiden and purple rain last a lot longer if you wanted color hair

I wish I could get Periwinkle out! It turned a bright blue (not what I wanted) so I’m waiting for purple rain to show up so I can try to fix this. Everything I saw periwinkle was a Pastel purple and here I am with an awkward blue green.

I feel you girl. I am grey (colored) and it's like a medium darker grey rather than the light grey/silver most girls get. So I have no idea which strand. I'm not a 9. But i also cant tell how dark it is compared to the other swatches. I know its lighter than a 6 so maybe somewhere like 7 or 8. I know the purple will contribute to the color so it will be darker than the swatches, I'm aiming for a smokey purple

I just bought periwinkle and I'm hoping to get some ashy toning effects on my lightened hair (currently a somewhat brassy light brown/dark blonde balayage) so your videos have been very helpful. I think I'll stick with just periwinkle as the mix with purple rain seems to pull some red undertones that I want to avoid. Thank you for making these!

Virgin pink ombre to neon moon. They mix into an orange so technically it would be a pink to orange to yellow green ombre. Id like to see it done

Will it look like Girls’ Night? I asked my hairdresser to pick up Girls’ Night but she got Purple AF instead and I tried a little bit of it to see if it looks the same when diluted but instead it washes out into the ickiest Walmart brand pink color!

I just found your channel because my Purple Rain Arctic Fox is out of stock in australia, so I ordered some from the USA but only the small ones arrived :( So I've looked at mixing this with Perriwinkle! I also mix it with manic panic Rockabilly Blue (or any blue) to make deeper/more blue based and intense in the light. Mixing colours is soooo fun - For myself, I have bought a purple as well as their grey/toner as well as their Black colour (Transylvania I think it's called) and I know we get toner and grey colours from a dot/tiny amount of BLACK so I'm going to trial some of their black with any of their colours to add that grey/cool base to cover the yellows/oranges - you should do a greys/black/using dots/portions of black over colours! Liked your videos, love this effort you've done this is super helpful and should have more followers, good luck! x (PS. I always use blue or purple dye for toner instead of toners! Way stronger x
