Your words are so beautifully descriptive. I can’t say that I’m ever buying anything named “father figure*” but I did enjoy your review. *not because I have issues with “father figures” or that I have a broken relationship with my dad. I loved my dad to the end, really. That just seems like a really weird name for a product, especially for a women’s fragrance. They could have called it a thousand other things and I would have considered it. 😑

Not sure what angle the strategizing team for this brand was going for, to tug at the emotions of a specific market with that one/ what that’s supposed to conjure up as a trigger, memory, aspiration or stored smell but oh yes it’s very odd to me as a name choice. Interesting. But I did enjoy your description.

@@hardmurakami me too. From what I’ve read about it, I think I will love it. I searched yesterday and there are decants available but not many. I’ll wait it out a little bit and get like a 3ml for sure.

Internet is mostly ba5hing it. But that happens with almost all big fragrances start. I'd go with 30ml instead of a 3ml😄Course prior sniffing is manda1ory!
