Nets fans need to blame Billionaire owner Joe Tsai and his wife for losing Kyrie. They showed no respect and thought they could rehabilitate Kyrie, as if he was a child. Joe Tsai deserved blame for waiting until the 11th hour to try to bribe the NYC Mayor for those political Vax mandates. Then it was time for the Yankees and Mets to start season and the mandate went away. Totally political and Kyrie was on the right side of history. Joe Tsai (as well as that former ESPN beat reporter who made himself part of the story) deserve the blame for suspending Kyrie over an innocent link involving his view of Africa. Kryie said he loved everyone, yet still the insulting suspension by Joe Tsai in order to pacify some ticket holders who wanted it to be about antisemitism. That was Kyrie's last straw of insult. Mark Cuban has a much broader and better understanding.

Had to jump on yt from Amazon music podcast to say THANK YOU for telling us the truth behind Miles. Philly has forgiven Vuck and Odubel. But for Miles to have another incident in less than a year. Second incident she reported. As a child I grew up in a house such as this. Violent outbreaks to wife and kids. I know there were more than what she reported. Miles hasnt hurt enough to have reason enough for remorse. Maybe the owners can black ball him for a couple years. Make him lose that NBA lifestyle. Let him see what those actions cost. Then he will show shame. Maybe not fir what he did to his victims. But shame bcz he's broke and broken

To add to the list, Jason Kidd was supposed to be a wife beater. Now you can't get a member of the media to go there today. Kidd got lots of additional chances. He had a DUI later on with Nets. He tried to figuratively stab Billy King in the back. Bucks didn't want him after a few years. To add to the list of people I would trust no more than Miles are: Allen Iverson, Draymond Green, late Kobe Bryant (rape and homophobic insult) as well as Michael Vick. Draymond gets the biggest pass and TNT wouldn't even release him from his contract. There is so much FAKE MORALITY in our politics and media, and the words Cancel Culture were brought up. Yet, I understand all 3 of you have to take the public stance you do. Morey would do the same if pressed today. But I bet there are people in the organization (advising Morey) who know from a basketball stance, Signing Miles is the best option - getting a Star and leaving about 30 M of cap space to improve roster.

I do not agree, I think players deserve second chances and the other so-called incident is sketchy. He is now married to the same lady he assaulted, so she gave him a second chance. I do not expect the old star hunter to have the vision to take a chance on Miles Bridges only a real GM will and put stipulations in the contract to protect the team. It is not rocket science. The thing I like most is Miles can help the sixers for the now and later with Maxey. The sixers and sixers content creators are always saying no young players because we are in the win now. The sixers have been using that stupid line for almost ten years, it's rubbish. A real GM will never say that, and the sixers have not had a real GM since Pat Williams.

He completed a 30 game suspension (and missed the 22-23 season) but the criminal charges were later dropped on Feb 13, 2024: "February 13 - All three criminal charges against Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges have been dropped by the state of North Carolina, according to court documents reportedly obtained by ESPN. The three charges -- for a domestic violence protective order violation, misdemeanor child abuse and injury to personal property -- were all dismissed due to "lack of sufficient evidence," according to the Mecklenburg (N.C). County court records, per ESPN." Kelly Oubre was his teammate. The obvious thing to do is ask Kelly what kind of teammate he was.

Yes, there should be a RE-DO as Kyle's attempt to dissuade fans failed royally. I expected like 50-50 approve-disapprove. I am pleasantly shocked its more like 100% would consider Miles. How about a Redo and only talk what-if Sixers would sign Miles as a free agent, and build a team around him. The 3 can still say they oppose the signing. The options are limited and I see Miles as the best option to be the 3rd option and allows fans to fill out the roster around those 3.

My wife, who has OCD, once picked up the telephone to call the police on me (just to get her way) and said the police would always believe "me over you", My brother lost custody of his son, and he was as angry as F. As Jason Kidd found out, a big person just raising their hands, will hurt the wife who is trying to attack him. That is the reality, yet we say that men and women are equal, but the justice system doesn't acknowledge that women can be at fault yet still get severe bruises, etc. And I'm sure that Miles loves his children. I don't care to read every detail, because I have no way of knowing if the woman is lying or just exaggerating, as has happened many times before. I have no idea if someone like Jason Kidd's wife had bruises because she tried to attack Jason and he just put up his hands in defense. Kidd was called a wife beater. Kidd also had a DUI while coach of the Nets and nothing happened. I remember it well. Kidd was much older than (Miles was only 24-25 yrs old). Everyone found a way to make excuses for Kidd. No one in the media today will even dare to talk about Kidd's history. And I'm willing to bet that Miles is just a loving father as Jason Kidd was. Unfortunately, I can't post the links on You Tube but a quick search found this Feb 24, 2024 headline per ESPN: "February 13 - All three criminal charges against Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges have been dropped by the state of North Carolina, according to court documents reportedly obtained by ESPN.Feb 13, 2024" So I wasn't lying at all. "The three charges -- for a domestic violence protective order violation, misdemeanor child abuse and injury to personal property -- were all dismissed due to "lack of sufficient evidence," according to the Mecklenburg (N.C). Maybe Miles paid too high a penalty since the punishment had already taken place before criminal charges were dropped.

I expected it. It was necessary and overdue. Good it happened a few weeks before the draft, so there is time for Morey et al. to get a feeling for the fan reaction. The title "HELL NO" was calculated, so that no one viewing could ever suggest that any of the 3 would entertain endorsing the signing of Miles. Despite the attempt, especially from Kyle, to talk people out of Miles, it was a Failed attempt. Morey needs to take notice. I bet, if next season there would be a team that included the likes of Miles + Kelly + Nico and either Hield, Caruso or Monk, everyone would have a way to look past Miles history. No one boycotted CHA this past season, and I bet the same would be true for the Sixers.
