I played against this thing last night, the guy flanked our entire team in the first 2 minutes of the match and got 8 kills right off the bat, had no idea. He then got a nuke roughly 4 minutes into the game and ended it there. After looking up his stat card, he had 23 thousand kills in this thing, absolutely wild tank.

That may have been my buddy. He always bugs me that I didn't get that event vehicle because there was a major bug with it at the time and I still regret it. He regularly rushed across a map and spawn camps at the start of a match lol

this thing was the best (old) event grinder in the game. You got the 15 caps needed always, flanked so hard that you got the 5 kills in single life done and the regular kills task got done partway during the cap chasing. I usually just uptiered it to g.91 levels and grinded the plane tasks in ground RB at the same time. Previously i could do both air and ground tasks within 10 games. But with the current score system that aint happening ever again.

The speed it has was based on a temporary "boost mode" that it had and was supposed to be a short term thing like WEP is supposed to be but even shorter. Also it has 8 forwards and 8 reverse gears in game and in real life it had 4 forwards and 2 back. It'll realistically never get changed though since its a limited event vehicle and its $300+ in their pocket whenever someone wants to buy one off someone else.
