The wind charge stacking might be possible in survival. If set up like the no momentum ghast fireball trick, the wind charges would likely stack. If blown up with tnt (assuming they're affected by tnt), we could get them to hit the ground, accelerating the player to light speed.

First, I'll state the given numbers: m = 342 kg, this is according to the minecraft fandom, is Steve's weight. g = 9.8 × 2.9 ≈ 27 m/s², this is according to a reddit post that states that the minecraft gravitational acceleration is 2.9 times Earth's. h = 33,028 m, according to a comment here. t = 16 ms or 0.016 s, still according to the comments. v = 33,038 ÷ 0.016 = 2,064,250 m/s Using the formula of mechanical energy to find the total energy of the isolated system, I will first have to find the Potential Energy (PE) and Kinetic Energy (KE). PE = mgh = (342)(27)(33028) = 304,980,552 J Assuming velocity is constant: KE = 1/2mv² = (0.5)(342)(2,064,250²) = 728,652,898,687,500 J Assuming initial energies are zero: E = PE + KE = *728,653,203,668,052 J* ≈ 730 TeraJoules This is the total energy to get Minecraft's Steve 33,028 meters up in the air in just a single frame. This energy is equivalent to about 174 kilotons of real world TNT. You can redirect wind charges using bubble columns and flowing water and even slimeblocks. I tested itt in game. You just need a longer bubble column to fully redirect a wind charge.

If the bubble column is deep enough, it will slow down and eventually reverse it. So it is affected, but you can't make a stasis chamber that way due to its momentum

you can go up to 9 blocks up with a single wind charge (16 with two) [even more if you crouch (11 and 21.5)]. theyre also affected by bubble columns and will curve upwards if theres a whole row of them. however you cant make a stasis chamber using them because theyre not affected by gravity so theyll just fly up forever

Playing with the wind charge my self, if you throw the wind charge at the exact time you jump you can go up 9 blocks, and if the bubble column is deep enough you can throw the wind charge down into it, problem being it still doesn't work as a stasis chamber because it isn’t effected by gravity so it just makes it fly back upwards unless you use cammands to make a downwards bubble column atleast 3 blocks tall directly above it, but that means it's still not verry survival friendly

Here's a cool idea, the wind charge has better effectiveness on certain blocks than others like say if I were to use it on obsidian it would blow harder but if I were to use it on grass it wouldn't blow as powerful.
