Harmony has one of the best in Phnom Penh, with views and service to match. You can also use these facilities as a non guest by paying $5 and you can enjoy a nice meal with outstanding outlooks over the river and the city. Thanks for watching Samantha!

In Phnom Penh I really like the ones under my hotel's playlist - Harmony, Lux and OSTRO all fit location wise. But they're not the cheapest and the cheaper options are still in great locations. But if you're just in town short term I'd pick one of those. Harmony has an excellent swimming pool!

I live in Kampot. I return to Phnom Penh occasionally for a change of scenery and I usually stay in Residence 110 on street 110. It is close to Psar Chas (Old Market), it's clean and comfortable, and it also has a rooftop pool. I like going to the Noodle House as well, good food. King Kong Pizza on 130 has good pizza.
