Button is a first time very inexperienced & low ranking mom. She’s gonna have to learn to stay away from certain ones. Bonita is very well known for kidnapping and abusing babies. She’s fine unless the baby starts screaming then she gets mad. Anyone know why Bonita can’t have anymore babies? I know she’s Brinns mom but hasn’t had another baby in years

@@kevintroy4329 I understand that, but it's been a while since any of the older female pigtails have gotten pregnant, that why I referenced Ashley and Pongo. As pigtail females get older and some get those hormonal humps on their backside it can make it harder for the long tail males to mate with them since their penises are smaller than male pigtails. Ashley only recently got pregnant since she was abandoned. Bonita hasn't had an offspring since Anita.

Is that Jill that is refusing her baby? She never acted like that to her other kids that I remember. Ashley always was a terrible pigtail. That's why I'm glad she didn't have kid . But, I feel sorry for the life of that baby.

The mother is Button, she’s been a great new mother so far. Bean was born a couple weeks ago and I’ve barely seen a video where she’s not on the teat. Not trying to be mean to her just saying what I’ve observed. I love baby Bean and I fell in love with her and her mom Button more after her birth. Bean is my favorite baby. But when I say she’s very clingy and not as mobile as younger babies, I mean it with love and concern. Compared to the boys of April and Spring who’ve just been born,they are more mobile than Bean. She’s still wobbly and can’t climb good. Button has been trying to teach her to be more independent just to walk. She’s very attentive to her baby and this is the first time Bean was ever kidnapped. And the kidnapper is Bonita not Ashley. But for Button being a new mom who doesn’t have her mother’s guidance to help, she’s been doing fantastic. She plays with her baby. Something that most mothers don’t do. She talks to her baby, while slowly trying to guide her to walk more. My issue is with Bonita. She is grabbing baby Bean off of her mom. Button is trying to keep her away from Bonita. And when Bonita gets her she climbs up high. And then gets annoyed because yeah Baby Bean has NEVER been away from mom until here. And Bonita literally pushes the barely mobile Bean off her arm. A recipe for disaster. As I’ve said Bean is still very wobbly and can’t climb good. I have yet to see a video of her climbing. I would welcome anyone to look up videos of monkey Button and Bean. She loves her baby. And has been trying to teach her to walk. But Bean is just very attached to mama. ❤

Well for a start that’s Theresa or Bonita not Ashley!! Those females are from amber troop!! Jill is from amari troop and Ashley has never been a terrible monkey she has always protected and loved the babies!! She the one who has protected and brought NK order and discipline into the savanna troop and keeps them inline!! Plus Ashley actually gave birth a few months ago but sadly the baby was stillborn!! But what a very nasty thing to actually say about a innocent monkey who’s life has been nothing but misery at the hands of humans and their interference!! Maybe you should learn who’s who before you start badmouthing Ashley

She’s watched her baby. She tried keeping Bean away from Bonita. This is the first time Bean’s been kidnapped. Button has been a great mother so far. Didn’t you see Bonita literally grabbing for Bean while she’s still clinging on to her mom? And then Button rolling over trying to keep Bean under her. You must not watch many videos of them because I have seen nothing but Button being a good mother. Bean has not learned how to walk good yet. Button has been teaching her and even guiding her gently. I said it before but I love Bean and she is my favorite but I have hardly seen a video where she’s not clinging to her mom and nursing. Button is always protecting her baby and the one time she’s not super watchful is apparently making her a “bad mom”..

Button was trying to keep Bonita from getting Bean. Bonita tried to reach for Bean a few times. Button even laid on her stomach trying to protect Bean. Bonita grabbed Bean as soon as she got the chance. Good for Button coming really quick to get Bean after falling because of evil Bonita.

@@jannakillion-davis1004 Yeah that’s a great description. Button was down there fast too. Bean had not been kidnapped to my knowledge previously yet. Button has been super protective of Bean. I mean Button was a kidnapper once. lol but I can see her reasoning now was the desire to have a baby of her own. Button lost her mother was it last year I think. She was kind of adopted by Cara at that point already. Button and Cara helped care for young Basil. Button’s brother. So yeah when others said that it was Cara kidnapping I knew that was not possible. Cara is around Button a lot and is very gentle with baby Bean. ☺️But to me Button has been a very good first time mom. She always lipsmacks with Bean. Cuddles her and is playful when teaching Bean to walk. And the only other monkey I’ve seen be able to really hold Bean and groom her without Button getting upset is Cara. ❤️🥰 Sorry I tend to make long comments when it’s about the macaques I favor. 😅

I mean she got down to her baby really quick, I don't think I've seen a mother move so fast. Don't worry about the comment being long, I completely understand.
