I have been watching many of your videos on this channel, and you guys are nothing short of amazing. It's made me think about some of the fears and anxieties in my own life and has allowed me to look at them from a new perspective. I feel like I can conquer them, so thank you both! I'm definitely going to get hold of your book.

Please please please can you do a more in depth video on health anxiety? 🙏 I'm completely struggling. Had it my whole life but the last 2 years it's so out of control I'm desperate. You two are absolutely amazing 💕

I have a phobia of flying because I have had a seizure on a flight to and from Morocco loads of times. And being in crowded places as I have had a seizure in a crowded place before x
@nikandevaspeakman
@nikandevaspeakman 3 жыл бұрын
It sounds like your issue is with crowds and you have attributed the blame of your seizure to planes when they were not at fault, and have never let you down,. Therapy to help you to address the origins of your anxieties would be the way to address this. Speak to your doctor about therapies such as CBT & psychotherapy. Warmest wishes x

Could you do a video on ibs and the way anxiety and stress is related I've been through so many tests and the doctors have now said it's just ibs from stress and health anxiety I've been given no help or any advice, thank you 🙂
@nikandevaspeakman
@nikandevaspeakman 3 жыл бұрын
So sorry to hear this Chris but yes anxiety/stress and IBS are linked for sure. Addressing your anxieties, dealing with any issues from the past, techniques to help keep calm coupled with a healthy diet will all help. We will do a film for you, but also there’s lots of films here already that you may find very useful.

I need your help please my lovelies.... I've been in a relationship for 8 years... he hasn't likes me for a single day of them 8 years, he has cheated on me and lied to me and called me names almost everyday, I can't get counselling from anywhere and I feel at the end of my tether, I feel like I can't live without him 💔 even though he don't feel the same, im 51 years old and time is running out for me to ever have a happy life or even a healthy relationship with anyone else, I feel ruined and I would ruined any future partner I have due to my distrust i have of everyone specially men 😔 i know you can't cure me for free and i know you must get pleads like this everyday but is there anything you can suggest that I can do to gain some control of my own feelings and strength back please 🙏 I'm really struggling, I've lost most of my hair to alopecia arearta and my nerves are really bad, I have no friends im at me with end, if I could just gain some strength of mind back and stop chasing him and try to relax im sure I'd over come this terrible time. Thankyou for taking the time to read this, I will do anything for your help truely I would xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sounds to me like he does it because he knows he can get away with it and knows you will be there waiting for him no matter how he treats you. This is abuse. I would get out of that relationship and show him how strong you are, how much you repesct yourself and give him the shock of his life. It will be difficult and at first you will think you can't do it, but you can!!! And when you do, I promise you will look back on this, when you're with a lovely man who will never want to treat you that way, and you will be soooo happy you did. The longer you stay with this guy, you are missing out on all the opportunities to be with somebody really lovely. It will be worth it, trust me. Good luck 😊

@@reofamily812 I think that was the most beautiful comment anyone's has ever left for me thankyou so much ❤ your such a lovely soul I can't thank you enough, I will definitely take what you said and I will act on it and get myself away from it if I can, I hadn't see it that way before I think to be honest I was too scared to, I feel so dependent on him but I don't know how or why as I used to be such an independent lady but now im a bloody mess, your amazing you truely are thankyou so so much sweetheart. Sending you all of my lovely and so many amazing things your way 🥰 xxxxxxxxxxxxx

@@Ariesbuddha You're more than welcome 😊 I've been exactly where you are, and it's awful I understand. You feel dependant on him because that's what you've told yourself for so long, but the truth is you're so much stronger than you think. You don't need him. You don't need anybody, but you especially don't need him! Just imagine yourself in 6 months time or a years time with a really lovely man, feeling back to your old self again, never having to worry whether or not he's out cheating on you etc. You can do it. I'm sure your boyfriend will absolutely realise what he had but he never will until he actually loses you. He knows you're always there waiting for him. You say you feel dependent on him and I'm sure he knows this too. That's why he cheats and doesn't show you how much he cares. He can have his cake and eat it too.. Show yourself how worthy you are. If you feel you aren't strong enough to leave overnight then just back off.. Stop responding to him. Give him less attention and focus on giving yourself all that attention instead. Tell yourself exactly what you want and then go for it...trust the process xx
