Hey, just wanna let you know theres an easier way to mist noble than going through the glutton's arena. You instead drop down to the place where the little palace mist noble is in, and you can double jump on one of the trees nearby to grab the ledge you'd normally get on by going through the path you showed. Its slightly faster and it isnt hard, i was able to do it on like my 3rd try

To be honest delayed jump isnt that hard. Maybe it was easier for me since i played the game on the ps4 but still it took me a couple of minutes to do it and once you get it right the muscle memory does its work.

Fun fact: While deflecting lightning usually deals fixed damage, this isn't true for Divine Dragon. If you fight him with low attack power, you'll have to fling a lot more lightnings into his face than usual.

There was one as well that never got patched for the True Corrupted Monk. It basically involved you having to do a jump off the rock wall to trigger a 3 hit combo with a slam and when you re-spawned back on the bridge, she would be hovering over the wall and you could just slap her till she went to second phase, throwing ash would stun her so there were no illusions and she would just t-pose until she faded into the shadow realm.

You didn't mention it, but in mibu you don't need to run through the glutton area to kill the mist noble. There is a tree you can double jump on top of next to the house and go directly to the roof

you can also cheese corupted monk by using contact medicine, sneak behind the boss and then use mist raven to get enough height for deathblow

If you want to get to guardian ape without the key, you can do it. You need to pupeteer the guy at senpo that lifts the kite, then grapple from the tree to get to the cave in the sunken valey (where youd kill the snake) the snake wont be there tho. So you have to poison yourself with kontakt medicine and jump down to where the snake would be (landing on the Rock) this would normaly reset you back up to were you were. But if you die midair from the contact medicine and land on the Rock dead from poison, you can revive and drop down in the water below

Right but you'd need to kill Folding Screen Monkeys to get Puppeteer, and to kill them you'd need to have killed Genichiro, meaning you have the Gun Fort Key anyway. I wish I had been able to show off Snake Skip though because it is a really cool exploit! I even tried Airswimming to avoid needing to use the kite, but if you're swimming when you enter the snake's cave, the game kills you. So unfortunately its just not a very useful glitch anymore :/

Its not usefull at the moment but its interesting, you go into a kind of glitched version of ashina where the idols dont funktion. In the demon version you can loop back around and reenter the demon fight with the ministry guys fighting the revived demon, and the Area turns realy stormy it looks epic

You can do the gyobu and demon skip, fighting them again in the reflexion after witch you can do the bullskip leading you into a glitched ashina, you cant go to senpo tho only to sunken valey and the depts

actually, snake-eyes has a pacifist exploit! aggro her, and then jump on the head of the statue around the corner; she'll follow you, stop in her tracks, and die of poison over time! found this by accident whilst eating lunch one day :)

Double deathblow still works I think. When you break a boss posture for the first time and the deathblow attack is enable, you wait until the last possible time to do it. While you are waiting the boss is recovering posture but you can still input the deathblow. By doing it at the last possible frames, your deathblow will also count for posture damage for the second phase. Meaning that after the first deathblow, you will just a couple of hits at most to break his posture again and you get an instant second deathblow

For the Oniwa glitch, go behind the wall across from the ledge he falls from, then run straight through the left side of the tree by the ledge and make sure he follows you. He will get caught on the tree while attempting to charge after you. He will keep running while stuck. Then climb the tower and go to the building edge for him to turn around and fall

For anyone struggling to land the initial jump for fountain head palace skip, if you hit the platform when you glitch into the wall but then fall, close the game and reload and it will put you onto the platform, from there, continue the glitch. I’m on my first playthrough and didn’t realise this wasn’t accessible because of the ending I chose

You can skip lone shadow longswordsman by using contact medicine you poison yourself above where you plunge the great serpent, time it so you die above the death barrier but fall onto a portion of rock below the death barrier, then ressurect. You can go past the second great serpent to get to the shirahagi arena, although you need puppeteering or extreme luck to pull that off. This strat is pretty difficult, but not impossible. For corrupted monk, you can sneak behind her and use contact medicine to poison yourself, then use the mist raven without touching a direction; this will put you up in the air, just high enough to hit the stealth deathblow.

Snake Skip and Monkey Skip are mutually exclusive. You can't do both in one playthrough, because you need Puppeteer to enter the snake's cave, and you never beat the Folding Screen Monkeys to get it. I really wanted to include that one though!

7:32 I used this trick on the demon for one of my play through and never felt right about it since. I never officially beat him until a couple months back. I was scrolling through my library and decided to take him on. I officially beat him finally!! then I went and did the boss rushes and their harder versions. Getting all the costumes is a real achievement! It’s just sad that the final boss rush doesn’t give you anything if you beat it.

I agree , I was also disappointed with ichimonji. I just unlocked it but too me it felt slow. Or maybe my controller response time is bad. But there is a slight delay when I press LB + RB for Ichimonji. By the time I do an overhead attack the Ashina Castle Genral is just killing me with a swing. So I tried using WhirlSlash in Combat Arts.

​@@LazyCoder20 don't charge it. Honestly, I literally never used any other skill. Ichimonji double carried me to platinum. Use it after mikiri or jumping counter to increase it effectiveness. It decrease your posture while allowing you to keep the attack going.

It does so much posture damage and once you doge his( ishhin ashina's) Ichimonji and circle behind him and hit him with 2 Ichimonji double it does a lot posture damage. Now I finally get why this is a great skill. I think each skill has its important will surely explore other combat arts when I am on new game + or on other endings.
