Becoming a whitelighter stops u from being reincarnated again. Until u fall from grace, like what Leo did in s7, or ur recycled which is being forced in reincarnation instead of doing so naturally. The cousins were being overkillers in cursing Perl's soul for all of Phoebe's lives. They obviously don't know that the soul when returning to earth always grows into a better person instead of being the same or worse.

​@@CatMowpurr I agree, ever since the writers introduced the toxic triangle of Piper Leo and Neighbour Dan, Piper started to become meaner to him, Leo turned into a pushover and Neighbour Dan has the personality of a kitchen sponge. It's exhausting!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way I feel like Piper is being a little unfair to Leo because she knows he is a white lighter and that his job is something that he can't control yet she still chose him knowing that like that's something you signed up for, you can't be upset with him over that.

Here is one thing I do not get: why were Bowen and Baxter so sure that Russell and Anton were soulmates? Why did they not thoroughly investigate it first with their own magic? And even if Russell and Anton were soulmates, should not their curse be directed towards, I do not know, ensuring that Russell’s future incarnations would never ever meet Anton at all?
