The Phoenician Grinder is innovative in every aspect, from the lack of threads, to replaceable screens and the paper-slot ashtray combo. This video is a over view of what we consider sets the Phoenician Grinder apart and in-front from other grinders.
Enjoy!

Medical grade? How about making it out of surgical grade stainless steel and not anodizing it?

@Kris Staton You snarkily responded to a 2 year old comment... that [the comment] has a valid point. Anodized aluminum will eventually put shavings in your herb, a surgical steel grinder would hold its edge longer, sharper, and not put shavings in herb.

@@TheBootyWrangler Aluminum has negative health impacts in several engineering applications due to vapours related to heating. Aluminum grinders give shavings. You are wrong. Begone.

@@logicphile6207 you responded to a 2 year old comment. he responded to a 1 year old one. but still, thats like saying "you miss-spelled one word, your argument is invalid" I have seen many Phoenician grinders that have been used for 4-5 years and still look as good as new, its high grade aluminum, better quality than whats used in most standard grinders, even when its claimed to be "space grade". Quality and purity of the steel makes a difference. So a grinder that goes 5 years of grinding nugs looks good as new, no paint scraped off.. I'd say thats pretty well made.

I have a jumbo (think they're 3.5") Gen 1 and they have more blades/teeth than the Gen 2. Also, Gen 1's don't have the ash tray or paper holder, but I didn't want all that, either. I got it for $72ish (but that's the cheapest I've ever seen one...most were $100 flat) and the Gen 2 goes for like....$125-$135ish, I think? I really do enjoy the coarse grind (very similar to a finer finger pick)...takes a little more to get a cherry going, takes a little longer to burn up....also doesn't destroy your stuff as much. However....$70+ for any grinder is pretty unreasonable. It took me a LONG time to work up enough "Ok....yeah, I want the damn thing" to spend that kinda money. TL;DR Easiest way to put it: Once you get over the "did I just spend $100+ on a damn grinder?" feeling (about 3-4 weeks, 😆)....it is absolutely the best grinder I have ever owned. Just don't get one if you like collecting kief....it barely damages the material, so it doesn't collect much at all...

Make a video on how well it grinds 1st Gen and 2nd Gen That's what we want to now I love the design and everything we just need to see what the material looks like You know is there big pieces still or is it dust Food for thought

These look like great grinders but I have such a hard time grasping the concept of spending $100+ on a grinder. Right now my latest one I bought on Amazon and it's called " Kozo Grinder" and Ibelieve I paid only like $23 for give or take a dollar. Kozo grinders teeth are very sharp where a slightly even cut myself accidentally move some flower around. I'm looking for a nice medium size one without a pollen catcher. I already have enough kief for right now. What I did find cool that I haven't seen on other grinders is the grip rings for this videos grinder. Ahh, I just said it again in my head "$125 for a GRINDER!!" BUT, maybe, some day like other's have posted I have to get over the " oh my " thought process and check it out. Thanks for the review on this grinder.

If you want something simple without a kief catch check out Tahoe Grinding Company’s American made 2 piece grinders. Wood on the outside with a beautiful laser etched design and strong asf anodized aluminum on the inside. I can’t even tell there’s bud in there with it completely full. It’s sturdy as fuck, American made, and mine cost only $30.

Phoenician grinders I would imagine work just like my Chromium Crusher. They have a version with the flat blades identical to the Phoenician. But it crushes and grinds and smashes and rips the buds apart. The Klip cuts down the buds like a 🥷 sword ⚔️ and then the clipped herb falls into the chamber below. Kilos are even sleek black like a ninja !!! 💥

Please edit the title and correct the misspelling of "Engineering". You have it spelled with 1 "e" instead of 2. Amazing grinder by the way. Great engineering guys!

I prefer the Tsunami Grinder. Its clean and has concave with the ash tray sunk in top which I never use. Sure the paper holder is ok but not something I want on my grinder. These are pricey I like a top end product but im not feeling these at all. I do like the screen tho maybe if I didn't own a grinder but this doesn't feel like a upgrade to me

if you ever tried to screw on a lid and it starts going crooked, thats cross threading. it can destroy the threads too. Build up of kief and bits around the threads can cause it to happen even easier.
