This is beautiful as always--the lighting, your voice, everything. I appreciate what you find pleasing in ASMR because for me it isn't a natural go-to with the mechanical sounds etc, but because I enjoy your content on so many levels, I then always will open myself up to a new ASMR experience. Speaking about the anxiety in watching the numbers rise, I am someone who has been chronically, painfully aware of that particular evil progression, but I think I have finally achieved the impossible and found a cure for all my age-angst, time passing me by angst, ect. I am learning to aggressively immediately just take myself out of all these catastrophizing equations. I don't understand how, but by some newfound optimistic resignation, I have learned to smell the pesticidic roses...and they smell...not perfect but nice. 😊

I don't think I will ever recover from covid either. Not the virus itself, but what it uncovered.
