That was in the city of Maricopa but they do offer that floorplan in other locations as well.

Looks nice but I kinda need a Big Bathtub 🛁 deep enough to keep water from splashing out big enough. To sit and have room left to keep water intrusion out… I have Toxic Mold illness which created Water intrusion PTSD… and I can’t live anywhere that may not be built properly to keep outside elements out … top priority..l Thx for sharing…

Bath tubs seems to be a choice now instead of standard. Nice for people that don't use bath tubs.
