A central Phoenix Dutch Brothers Coffee shop is so booming that it has to shut down its current location to accommodate other establishments in the area. Plans for a new location are underway.

Welcome to America. Government interference and penalizing successful businesses. The other smaller stores should charge parking to the coffee place. That's how they can make money and it would expand their potential clientele. This is where people get it wrong.
