Reserve 18 was going code 3 and a Phoenix police officer was trying to help them out and a car came out of nowhere and ignored them both 😮

Do you know if the rescues have paramedics on them? Or are they emts?

Phoenix Ambo’s to my knowledge I have 1 EMT and 1 Paramedic.
