Phoenix food truck workers serve frustrated motorists during I-10 closure

A sluggish start to kick off the week for sure, but one Valley food truck tried to make things a little more palatable. Behind the wheel was food truck veteran, Beto Michel, and at the grill was Dawnae Funk. The two made the most of the situation by serving drivers standing outside their cars, waiting for the closure to be lifted.

When I was a youngster, our family was traveling in our RV. Got stuck in a similar traffic jam. Mom got out a loaf of bread, started making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches which we shared with other stranded motorists around us. Turned lots of frowns into smiles!
