@@just2bme1000 Quiet leaders are good, because they have stability, amd focus. I never liked Kobe's or MJ's "psycho-bully-leader approach". Their approach was selfish. Yet, it worked. But ask those people playing with Kobe or MJ how hard was it for them. Duncan's and Pop's approach also worked, and they gave us someting beautiful - team game with a lot of movement, the best team game after 86 Celtics. I choose Duncan's way of leasership any day, over toxic LeBron or KD/Kyrie, or MJ... We saw that both approaches worked. But it is much better being on the team with good chemistty, team play, not hero ball... I think it is simply harder to find NBA star who is not egoistic, like Duncan and Jokic.
