he was acting all cool and stuff saying "figure it out for yourself" and "Haha I already found the inconsistency" but in between his dialogue with her you can see he's actively trying to help her and guide her, and especially sticking up for her when nahyuta keeps belittling her. At the end of the trial they even head off to get noodles together, their relationship is so underrated. Not necessarily romantic but I love the way simon treats her like a little sister, playing rough but deep down having good intentions

This is the second time in the history of Ace Attorney, where a prosecutor sat at the Defense bench. Edgeworth, and now Blackquill. Epic legends those two.

@@dylanlee3324 Edgeworth has far more experience than Blackquill, however Blackquill could beat Edgeworth if Edgeworth underestimates him. That seems to be Edgeworth's flaw. Simon almost has no weaknesses, yes he does underestimate but he doesn't bring it to the courtroom as often. It would be an interesting turnabout to say the least.

Simon was being admirably impartial and cooperative, more so than any witness before in the series. Exemplary professionalism. Then Nahyuta got really mad that the witness wasn't biased in his favor like he's used to in his 3rd world kangaroo court and decided to cry about it. God Nahyuta is the worst fucking prosecutor in the series. He's not fit to bring coffee to the ones before him.

I feel bad for Athena. Her first case alone, and she's faced with the most condescending prosecutor in the franchise thus far. All he does is shame the defense, going so far as to drag the gallery into it. Isn't that slander? Defamation of character? Somebody arrest that pretentious snob. He's getting on my last nerve

( they did that in the DLC case and everyone seems happy so whatever) "She has no insignificance to the game at all!" "BOO! DELETE HER! I want my Mia back in the game!" "Give me my lovable Gumshoe!" (whoops out of topic) "Athena is nothing more than moeblob! It IS shit and she should die on hellfire! Go Nahyuta! Make her suffer!" (thats just too much but seeing the Gallery is sometimes is harsh as a random person on the Internet, why not adding it in) And so on...... I could go on about what Ace Attorney fan/"fan" would say but i guess this is all i know. Imagine all those rumblings are just all about that. Who has a chance to be more pissed off, Athena herself, her fans, or the people who adapted and accept Athena?
