I realized something a while back about the last ending: the only ones specifically mentioned to have been forced underground are Apollo and Nahyuta. There is no direct mention of what happened to Phoenix, Edgeworth, Athena, Maya or Trucy (the latter of which entered the country illegally, by the way). Considering the fact that Ga'ran was willing to murder her own husband, this has the potential of being one of the darkest bad endings ever in Ace Attorney. Even worse: Clay Terran was murdered about five months earlier. If the worst is implied, then Apollo would've lost nearly everyone close to him in a span of five months.

She’s still the queen and can just pull the DA act and say that as an accomplice to the defense team (Phoenix + Apollo), she’s liable to the same charges as whatever potentially happens to the rest of them. Why let any of them escape, when they’re clearly onto the truth behind her? They’re a threat to her rule, and the law as it is written is on her side, and she can literally rewrite the codes of law even as a trial goes on.

Bad ending 1 mistake: If I'm correct, Paul Atishon stole the Founder's Orb right? The effect will lead to civil war in the US and Japan itself, why and how? Let me explain. If Ami Fey both went to Japan and Khura'in, where is the recognition of Khura'in of Japan? If they did, then this will cause war with Khura'in and Japan due to Ami Fey. She returns to Japan where then she is assassinated when she showed them the Founders Orb. Bad ending 3 mistake: I saw something in one comments, said that Nahyuta and Apollo were only went underground, but where are the others? Pearls, Trucy, Maya, Edgeworth? Athena? None of these is in focused. What if though? If this happens, then war will happen, like revolutions in France and Russia, the revolutionaries won for a little time and collapse within. This happens too with this ending where Dhurke was nowhere explained in the ending. Then Athena, Maya, Trucy and Edgeworth would be invited into the Defiant Dragons. Afterwards US soldiers will land in the coasts of Khura'in. With Khura'inese soldiers scattered over the country, the war is in stalemate. Don't forget that USA has allies and Britain and France may join along which is a problem. WW3 then begins. Ga ran then dies of heart attack due to overfatuation. Without anyone to reclaim the throne, the country falls in civil war.

Regarding bad ending 3, I think it was stated that all of them would be punished/executed under the DCA law if the defense doesn't win. I may be wrong tho
