yes and no, offically in the OST it's called Pursuit~Caught. however it is considered Pursuit~Cornered 2004 because it's the Cornered theme of T&T

the pursuit songs go in a certain order Cornered~2001 Questioned~2002 Caught~2004 Overtaken~2007 ???~2009 (for gyakuten kenji, I know there's boung to be one.) If you think about it, it sound like the process of catching a criminal. =D Well that's just my imagination. Like you corner him/her, then question, then catch, then well...overtake! That's just my way of thinking though.

Wrong title. It's called "Pursuit ~ Caught". "Cornered 2004" is the one used in the final episode before Godot confession which is a remix of "Cornered 2001".
