I think Michael killed an innocent at some point and Jeremey might have been a traitor? He could've also been an innocent I'm not sure. But Jeremy looked over at his screen and realized he was a glitch and was shocked. If Lil J was a traitor he would see that "T" above Michael so maybe he just assumed he was a traitor.
