This was the best drop test. No variables like wind, a persons height or the way they let it go did not exist. This was a fair test. I have Note 7's, well waiting on my replacements. Other videos have shown the side curved glass and back to crack when dropped. The iPhone did better in this test than other videos but it's clear that both phones need cases. The bonus round was surprising to me. The Note 7 survived 50 drops? Wow. That's great to know! I expected the iPhone to do better than 10 drops. Thx, I just subscribed.

Hmm I dont know whether you had done this or not but you should give nexus 5x and nexus 6p a try. I have nexus 5x and used to daily Htc Desire 601(an old model) and I dropped both like a gazillion times (I have a sloppy, sweaty, callous hands) and to this day I still use them both without cases/screen protector. One time (more than once actually) I dropped the htc and my nexus 5x very hard on concrete floor and the gorilla glass 2 and 3 respectively hold up very well, the rubber back on both helps a lot and so far no visible cracks on nexus 5x but minor dings, wear and tear on htc part. I also admire the htc cos at the time it was a mid-range phone but to this day I can still rock it for sure if not for the reason of no xdadev support for android l, m, and n and also quite subpar camera (but I still dig the camera's autofocus but the 5mp is just too meagre such a shame really). Really liking the durability of both phones.

the iphone 7 and the plus and the 6s and the 6 shouldn't be higher ranking than the note7 and the s7 edge because both of them survived the bonus round by going through 50 face drops while the iphones didn't even pass the 10 face drops and talking about the 4 iphones that i mentioned...so howa you put in lower ranking... because i really don't care about the bottom and the back if they got cracked they are very cheap to replace them and the majority of the smartphones users put cases on there phones so the bottom , back and the sides are the last thing to worry about... while the the screen is more expensive and not easier to protect... and even if you have a tempred glass on your iphone... bad news the screen won't shader but it won't be function any more :)
