When you do a show for a British channel, you can use the licence they have when you choose your music. Suppose the show is going to be shown elsewhere. In that case, you have to do an international version which means either paying for individual music licences for each track which is really expensive, or changing the music to non-licenced tracks. This is an international version of the show.
