It’s been about 2.5 years owning my 2018. The only mods I’ve done is change the side blinker lights from orange to smoke and change LED bulbs, haha. I know nothing about cars 🤣 I’ve been wanting to do a PRL down pipe install but too chicken LOL. It’s been neat seeing your car evolve over the 2 years! I remember all the drama you went through around those splitters, haha.

@@jacobgoins1773 It could've just been limited to my car in specific, but there were minor things that bothered me and the dealership couldn't/didn't figure out. I had the first of the new generation so there were quirks. Also I live where there's a good amount of snow and I got a WRX now which handles much much better

I just got +9psi tune from hondata on my car. Do I need to replace clutch soon and what about flywheel?

You should already notice your clutch slipping when get on it. Definitely need to upgrade your clutch to keep the hp getting the trans down to the wheels. Fly wheel should be Automatic when doing this performance upgrade. You notice the difference and there alot of options. Depends on how you like it to feel. Good luck

I've been in the market for a 2018 Honda Civic si and was wondering what type of fuel you put in it. I know the owner's manual states that the car should receive premium, but can it take regular? Furthermore, I think the car has a knock sensor that changes the ignition timing caused by the difference in the fuel quality. Still, I would like to eliminate knocking altogether to preserve the engine.

Pretty sure its a bypass valve and not a blow off valve because a blow off valve requires a tune, and a bypass valve is recircularing. The Boomba bypass valve helps with air pressure from the turbo to give it a little more power and less stress. I currently have a perrin one sitting in a box for my 2018 wrx, so I had to do a little digging on what bypass/ blow off valves do lol.

My block is built so it’s not a stock engine. So for me to push 350 is fine, the rods and piston are stronger than the stock blocks rods and pistons which blow when trying to push 300whp+

Yeah I tend to rub a lot when getting in, it’s my own fault 😅 Also it’s not behind ceramic tint, it’s just normal film. But throughout its time behind that, it’s detected far for me. So no issues there, but I appreciate the input!
