Hello sir, Really learnt a lot from you. Thank u from the bottom of my heart.🙏🙏 Since Dec 2021 I have started using progressive lenses & before that never had spectacle power. As I travel for work I preferred to choose hoya stellify photochromatic lens with blue filter without knowing anything about all the stuff. After some time realised the yellowish tint issue and it troubles me a lot in night time & I have to remove the spectacle while crossing the road as my eyes are bit sensitive to strong lights. I also faced headache so at one point almost left using spects at night time. In daylight all is fine & my frame choice was also bad (nose bridge narrow and longer temple) some how I got used to adjust with the frame but not with the yellowish tint. My distance power is about 0.75 & for reading it's 1.25 addition. I had heard yellowish tint with normal photochromatic brands. Is it the case with reputed brands like Hoya Stellify too? Which Photochromatic lenses to go? I suspect Transitions lenses to be costly. My current frame and Stellify photochromatic lens with blue control was worth 10000 INR after discount. Should I drop Photochromatic? Optician had recommended me to avoid Blue control and photochromatic this time. He also recommended me Novar Dynamic which he told is a wide corridor progressive lens as I was looking out for wider corridor which might be suitable while driving too.
