Thanks for writing such a valuable message. See if you not comfortable with blue lenses than stop using it. Go for antireflection lenses. Glass is always better, but problem with glass lenses is they are heavy and break easily and might hurt eyes too. So go for any good brand plastic antireflection lenses. Please share videos with your friends and family members to make them aware regarding eyes and spects.

I am prescribed glasses for the first time by professional. I got my cylendrical lens glasses. But I am having issues in seeing the actual shape of things. Like I see walls, laptop screen tilted and that really offends me. Mobile screen shape also changes. Like upper corners get wide a bit and and the lower one seems to be narrow. I was very curious to use blue cut lenses and did made one for me few months ago but some how I started having strain issues as if I am taking lot of load on my eyes. Due to my job nature I spent almost 12 to 14 hrs in front of screen but now I just made AR glasses without blue cut as I use to use it before and these are much comfortable. So blue cut lenses are not for everyone one can only experience once they personally use it and do some research. ....... thanks a lot for this informative video ✌🙏
