GS Pro is a great application for this task. Especially with the advanced Mission Planning. This feature alone sets it way off from any of the other mapping apps.

For how long does it stay in the air with this configuration and one set of batteries? what kind of batteries do you use?
@paladrone5 жыл бұрын
batteries are TB47 and flight time is around 22 minutes for that configuration

Hi, very good video is a pity that the weather didn't help. How did you manage to geotagging the photos? Regards :)
@paladrone7 жыл бұрын
Hello Luis, that's a good question: photos are not geotagged so you have to align without geotag (eg in Photoscan: select "Generic" in Pair selection)
@pochii7ify7 жыл бұрын
But If i want geotagging the photos is there a way to do this? I need the position of each photo for the work I do.
@paladrone7 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately I don't see any simple solution, as it is not possible to download the waypoints list from GS PRO t(o my knowledge).
@pochii7ify7 жыл бұрын
chefdesetoiles someone in DJI Forum give a solution to this. He said: "Geotag is a multi-step process with lots of pieces but in the end not difficult. I spent weeks to figure this out last year for my Matrice 600 setup. Steps for geotag: 1.- Use a service like Airdata UAV to sync flight logs to be able to export CSV. 2.- Convert CVS to GPX file like in GPS Visualizer. 3.- Use a geotag program like GeoSetter to match GPX to pics."

Hi Luis, thank you for the information, that's a clever method.

Bonjour I have similar setup with Sony a6000 camera, Matrice 600, Ronin Mx and DJI RSS. With groundstationpro, the drone simply flies and completes the missing without taking any automatic pictures. Do you have any idea why this might be the case? Regards
@paladrone6 жыл бұрын
Hello Rajan, when you take a shot manually (with the button of the remote control) is the picture working well ?
@RajanPaudyal6 жыл бұрын
Paladrone Yes. It works perfectly with manual trigger button from remote. Only automatic triggering from software doesn’t work. We tried with GSPro and also with Pix4D. Same problem with both. I recently read somewhere that it might be because of bug in recent firmware.
@paladrone6 жыл бұрын
Ok, yes it is possibly a regression from the last firmware, I have not test it recently.

Hallo, hast du auch schon einmal Aufnahmen gemacht mit einer ansteigenden Landschaft (Hügel)? Steigt der Matrice durch die App automatisch, um nicht in den Hügel zu fliegen? LG
@paladrone7 жыл бұрын
Hallo, die Anwendung behandelt nicht die Neigung des Bodens und ich weiß nicht, dass eine geneigte Scan machen kann
@pixxmedia36987 жыл бұрын
Dann muss man den Höhenausgleich manuell machen?
@paladrone7 жыл бұрын

Merci

Hi there, I have more like a camera related question. Do you have full control over the GH5? Aperture, Exposure, ISO, etc?
@paladrone7 жыл бұрын
Hello, you only have the control on the photo shooting or start/stop video recording
@pochii7ify7 жыл бұрын
Hi again, I have a quick question, you use RS Start/Stop to trigger the camera right? The app GS Pro does it trigger automatic or you have to trigger manual? Regards :)
@paladrone7 жыл бұрын
Hello Luis, yes it is automatic, the shots are taken by GS PRO ;-)
@geozicht-droneprojecten7 жыл бұрын
chefdesetoiles So the Remote Start/ Stop is not required? I read on multiple forums that it IS required to trigger third party camera's, such as the Sony A7R and Panasonic GH5 as you are using...
@pochii7ify7 жыл бұрын
Richtlijn Geodesie yes, is requiere to trigger third party camera's.
@paladrone7 жыл бұрын
Yes, as said Luis you need the remote start/stop module, then GS PRO manage the shots automatically
@geozicht-droneprojecten7 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the quick replies guys! One more question though: any idea on the maximum trigger speed that is supported by the RSS, or how many images it can trigger within how many seconds? I read somewhere it was rather slow, in the order of 1 image per 3 seconds. Altho that will suffice for most projects a higher speed would be very welcome when a high forward overlap is desired without forcefully lowering the flight speed.
