I was 16 when I heard Def Leppard for the 1st time. I'm from a small town and went to the the Twin Cities over the weekend and was listening a very popular rock station at the time. Fell in love with "Photograph" instantly. I had never heard of the band before that. Not only did I buy "Pyromania" but "On Through The Night" and "High 'n Dry" as well. Played the crap out of them. Added many more to the collection and went to the concerts. Many other bands have come and gone others have come and stuck around, including the Foo Fighters with Nirvana being first). The guys have aged with me and so proud when they were inducted. Miley did a great job. I definitely think she has the voice of a rocker. So long Hannah Montana!!! Pat Wilson on drums was dynamic. I've only seen Rick Allen at the kit.

Taylor Momsen manages to invoke the golden age Grunge vibe well, her voice is perfectly suited for all kinds of music, although it is sweet it manages to be raspy and grating at the same time. She does justice in every tribute she has been to date, she always ends up picking more than one song, all the musicians involved obviously enjoy collaborating with her. Hawkins' tribute she was a last minute guest and without rehearsing did two songs, Soundgarden's she was only going to do Loud Love, and got three more songs without rehearsing. She is one of the best things that happened to rock n roll in the last decade, a real gift.
