Fabulous selection of birds, including the kestrel, and super countryside views too! The willow warbler usually has paler legs than chiffchaff and also yellowish feet and a more noticeable eye stripe, I believe. So lucky to see blackcap - they sing to me but usually stay hidden from me! I;ve never seen a pied flycatcher so will be watching out for those now. A thoroughly enjoyable video, thanks for sharing!

The bird of prey is a female Eurasian kestrel and the two warbler photos in the beginning of the video are willow warblers

Great video Darrel. Not been to Coombes Valley. Have to make a date for visit. I have the Z9 but thinking of selling it for the Z8. Its a bit heavy paired with the 180 to 600.

I find a tripod too difficult to use for spotting birds. I use, if I need to, a monopod. Is there some technique that you could demonstrate. what's a kestral? LOL typo !
