Your channel is seriously one of the best for photography and explaining camera gear. How you only have 35k subscribers is beyond me. Keep up the amazing work.

“Making it to the end of your video”…. Ha, i didn’t want it to end. As others have said, great production value, and love that look you’ve crafted with your still photos you show.

You certainly made the right choice to hang out in the one area. We camp out in those areas for 2 to 3 days at a time. Often you can be surprised by the gems that show up when we least expect it. Really nice video Todd. You sounded so relaxed on that trip. All the best

I can definitely say that it was one of the most beautiful landscape photography videos I have come across. it tastes like a documentary, but it also reflects your inner world. By the way, I also enjoyed watching your studio training videos. Thank you for your hard work and sharing with us. As it was said in the previous comments, I am sure that you will reach a much larger mass of people with this quality.

Hi Todd! What a great channel. I've been watching video/photography youtubers for years and when I stumbled upon your channel I knew it was an instant winner. So much style and panache. Every shot, and ptc is deliberate and measured in the best way. Your audio is fantastic. And you let your videos breathe, which is so very rare on this platform. Keep up the great work!

I love that you aren't afraid to blow out the sky; so many photographers make such an issue over that. Glen Canyon, I'll have to add that to my list; not sure if you have been to Gold Butte National Park, but that's another magical place; you need the Range Rover for that location as well. You always have amazing images and inspiring videography!

Definitely this place is on my bucket list for sure. The video was awesome thank you for that amazing journey you took us all that watch this video. Now was the camera that fell the R5? That was an awesome outro! I mean awesome because it was unexpected but not awesome if you camera got damage. Well happy new year for you as well.

It was an R6. Fortunately it had a filter on the front that protected the glass. I found it funny and couldn’t resist including it. :)

I've taken 16-18 trips to S Utah over the years. It's one of my favorite places. Glen Canyon is BIG; the canyon itself is 170 miles long and Glen Canyon Recreation Area encompasses 1.25 million acres including Lake Powell. I've taken several sea kayaking trips on Lake Powell and have traveled all around the area, but I don't recognize where you were at in this video. Could you give us a description/directions to this location? Is this near Big Water on the road to Escalante? Thanks.
@kitsva2 жыл бұрын
It's been a few years but I remember this otherworldly road when I drove to Smoky Mountain Overlook. Yes, near Big Water.

Great video, Todd. Funny how you mention spending too much time on the road driving to/from various locations. This same thing happened to me when I visited Utah last year. Your video has inspired me to consider going back next year & focusing on a much smaller geographical area! If you’re willing to divulge, where exactly in Glen Canyon were you?
@dominey3 жыл бұрын
Yes, and the constant driving is easy to do in the American west. Miles and miles of open road. As for Glen Canyon, I explored the entire area. Mostly land managed by the BLM.

@@dominey Where in the Glen Canyon area is this? I cannot find anything that looks like this anywhere else online.

@@domineyI see in another video it was the recreational area, but I have yet to find similar photos elsewhere online.
