Hey Justin, this is Tito from XStudios you've got a channel with huge potential here. By this time your channel should already be with more numbers, i see you're working really hard to get more subscribers and views, what would you say its keeping you from getting it?

You speak so much truth my friend... Thank you, it's a lot of work and it's great when someone notices the effort. Much appreciated! As far as what is holding me back. 1. Inconsistencies in media 2. Resources 3. Life. Just to sum it up. I started out just posting whatever. "How to BBQ" right alongside a zipline video right next to a video game video. January of 2021 I changed all of that and started with a consistent theme, VLOG, Photo, Adventure and for value share some stuff I've learned professionally along the way. The problem is, it may have been easier starting wit 0 subscribers as my audience was around 490 when I started working a consistent theme and that audience was made up of some Foodies, some adventure folk, and a ton of young gamers that may only be using KZbin for problem solving or to watch games. Every time I'd release a new video, I'd lose a few but gain more subscribers. I think this activity and my videos not being popular at all with my audience really prevented my videos from reaching the best audience and the videos just died. My only hope is those videos will gain life as I build more content in that area. Mainly when people see the value in binging my content. I feel a snowball coming but personally believe I need to release at least a few more long form videos to trigger it. Which leads to my other problem in 2020 I started a photography and video business, which helps improve the quality of my content because I have the gear and skills but it takes a lot of time away from creating for KZbin because YT does not pay bills. I also had a baby in 2020 which rightfully pushed KZbin a little further down the totem pole. I think once I get over the monetization hump things will start to change quickly as YT can climb higher in priorities. Which is so weird to say because YT is my goal, it's where I want to be (obviously) but being a responsible father, kid comes first and I've had to put more efforts into my short term goals during these first few years of my boys life just to provide. Every time I work KZbin, I am not making money on my business. Last the problem I have had is recruiting friends or anyone to join me on my expeditions. I've even joined Jeven Dovey (KZbinr, maybe you know who he is) to summit Mt Baldy in California for one of his projects and he's been helpful behind the scenes giving me tips whenever he can. Hiking with him was really educational. But the point is, I feel like it is irresponsible to hike without a buddy, especially being a Dad. So there are times I pass on opportunities because I am not willing to take the risk. Like every time I consider hiking Mt Baldy, another hiker goes missing. When revenue starts to come in I may buy a locator device or if I have extra money from my business. So the budget is tight, resources are limited and at times I struggle to create a compelling or interesting enough story. This may all sound like I am discouraged but I am actually far from it. I look forward to the time when I can focus more on YT, I feel like I am getting really close. But either way if it takes 3 months or 3 years, I am committed. Some of the videos I have done, have landed my business some decent projects which are much needed coming out of the last 3 years. Sincerely enjoying this new motive to get out, explore, hike and shoot. So even if it takes longer than anticipated to go full time at least in the meantime the activity is supporting and incidentally promoting my business. What do you do over at X studios? I just Googled X Studios and came across a site with what looks like a studio creating AR and VR. Is that you? Again, I sincerely appreciate the feedback and glad you asked. This long winded answer might be reference for me to scroll back to occasionally review my goals. Thanks again.

Justin I hear what you say, me myself make part of a group of entrepreneurs and content creators, so I understand how hard is to conciliate personal life, businesses and bills. Congratulations for your baby. You said that the channel gave tou businesses in the past, and that that’s what you really want to do, at XStudios we are businesses generating more leads through videos here on KZbin, we are all so helping individual KZbinrs to expand their audience, we walk them into monetizing and the ones that stay with us, we work so they can creat a solid fan base to them market this audiences. We’re working on a website we don’t have one yet. So, Justin imagine how fantastic it would be if you could get more deals from your channel and still gain money from KZbin. You could have more time to enjoy with your children, you don’t need to do everything alone, we can help you. What you say!?

@@otnieltarciocassingatito7832 Hey thanks for the offer but things are already moving well enough for me with my business. KZbin is the cherry on top and I have been extremely fortunate enough to network with a few big names on here, at this time, I am proud to take this on solo. And again, totally fine if it takes 3 months or 3 years. Thanks again for at least getting me to write out my goals. Best of luck to you in your business.

Hi Annie, couldn't agree more. One thing I love about digital photography is I am able to remove it and see it as it once was without the graffiti.
