He doesn't measure in terms of pips anymore, he just uses his naked eye and what he thinks is a good pullback compared to the previous price action.

Fractal structure is smaller than internal often a few candles(4 candles minimum) . A shift in fractal structure(choch) signals the start or end of an internal structure pullback. And a shift in internal structure trend signals the start or end of the swing structure pullback. Swing structure>internal>fractal
