I did it! LOL The only difference was I needed to swap the amounts for the Height and Width of the Displacement Map. The image I used was portrait oriented. I like the 'fill strip' that runs across the center! So clever! Thank you!

Wow, is there a way just to make water from really high up? I need to place an island in a body of water looking straight down. So the water needs to be at 5000 ft level. All the water I see is like at 50 feet high.

This effect doesn't work from the perspective of looking straight down. You may want to consider using Adobe Firefly for this. www.adobe.com/products/firefly.html
