And whats the point of having halftone effect without actual removal of Black/any color? The print wont be soft to touch hence defeating the whole purpose.

Sometimes you don't have the luxury of using a black shirt for a black knockout, you may have no choice but to do a halftone to make the design feel lighter on a shirt other than black

That is not what halftone is for... You obtain the look, but not the feel and breathability. Delete all black, at least. If the transfer is done on black t-shirt
