One additional point when balancing is if you're using a zoom lens where the lens barrel extends, balance the gimbal with the lens zoomed at the midway point, thus putting less strain on the motors should you zoom in and out. Of course if you're just going to use just the one focal length then you can go ahead and just balance for that.

I was disappointed when I got mine that the documentation was lacking. It took some time to figure out which of the many wires it came with to use for which tasks and to put into which ports. They didn't even have a video about it, they do now, it came out mere moments after yours. I am glad I figured it all out but I enjoyed your take on it, as I enjoy most of your videos.
