Nice one, but why not use: fill 50% grey > convert to smart object > add noise > gaussian blur > emboss. so you can set the angle of light more accurate and see edits of each step while fixing. Plus it works faster than via 'filter gallery' 🤷🏼‍♂️

So what if other channels “copy”. They may have different subscribers that would miss the info. Videos like this are for instructural purposes. They are simply sharing information. I’ve never heard any of them claim they created the technique they are instructing. Viva KZbinrs that share instructural content, they have taught me how to use a dslr camera, use photo shop proficiently and now they are teaching me how to watercolor.
